After Training as an illustrator for 2 years in Glasgow. Ian moved to Lagos, Portugal where he began Tattooing in 1996. After traveling and learning about Tattooing he returned to Scotland he opened his own studio in 1998.
Even after he opening his own studio, his tattooing career has taken him all over the world, Where he has learned from and been influenced by a wide variety of artists. Both tattooist and other wise. His work is incredibly diverse and while he can turn his hand to most styles, his main area of expertise is Pin-up art. In which he has won a number of awards in multiple countries.
